Very satisfied customer

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company, specifically Joe, to order a full body lift for my English Bulldog. I had a question about leg braces and called on a Sat to ask a question. I left a message on the answering machine. Joe called me that night and I explained what I needed. He told me he would have his coworker make the braces I needed. The following day, Sunday, I sent a video of my dog walking so they could see the problem my dog was having A short time later Joe sent me a text and said the video would help. The following day, I received a text message telling me the brace was made and they were mailing it.
Once I rec'd the brace, it was a little big for my dog. I called Joe and explained the issue. He immediately asked for more specific measurements, which I provided. I rec'd the new braces, which fit perfectly.
I can't say enough about the customer service with this company - it goes above and beyond any expectations I could have had. I have never had a company call me after hours and text me 7 days a week - this just proves how much they want to please their customers.
Now, I will discuss the quality of the products. The products I rec'd again goes above and beyond my expectations. The material is all high quality and everything is very well made - I couldn't have asked for anything more. I took the body lift and braces to my vets office to show him in case other clients need any type of aid. My vet was also very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the products. He asked for and I gave him materials I rec'd from the company to pass on to his clients.
I want to again thank Joe and his coworkers for the wonderful service and quality products I rec'd - I couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you, thank you, thank you and best wishes for a successful company for years to come - our pets need you!

Not enough support

Does not give enough support and slides down dogs leg even when secured with straps. Not quality support for tarsal instability

Will have issues with longer haired dog

Velcro becomes difficult to stick after 6-8 weeks use.

My little boy is 17 1/2 yrs. old. He has a torn ligament in his back leg and due to his age health wise he is fit for surgery to repair, but his Dr. and I agreed the recovery would be hard. I opted for these leg supports and with them and Dasuquin he is managing very well. He can even go without them for a time. These have made a great difference and would recommend highly.

Good quality

The quality is very good as described. Although I need to return it since my vet said it will not help my dog’s condition, I still like to give a 5-start review because of its quality.
