NeoAlly Dog Rear Leg Hock Brace with Metal Spring Strips for Large Dogs [Long Version] (Pair)

Firstly, top notch customer support with this company, prompt, friendly and helpful. I bought the Rear Leg Brace with the Metal Spring Strips and they look to be helping my old girl very well. I know it will be a long road for her but she is getting used to the brace and they are making her more steady when she is walking. The flexibility of the metal springs are a great idea and the fact that they can be removed at a later date and the brace can be used without them is an added bonus.

Our St. Bernard has osteosarcoma in his rear hock. Neoally has made one brace that we believe has given us weeks of joyful life. Our fear has been a break in that compromised joint. Sadly, that hock has gotten larger and Neoally is making us another brace that will give our pup (and us) the confidence when he walks and plays. Neoally has responded in minutes to my emails and has given us customer service that I have rarely ever received from any company. We are SO thankful for this product and service!!!!

The first package that came was empty. The Neoally Company replaced it with a new brace that fits perfectly. Size L for our 90 lb. Dog that injured her hind leg.

First, I would like to say that people who left a bad review because they bought the wrong size or their dog won't let them put them on are doing a disservice to others.I ordered them after my wife suggested for my 10 year old German Shepard. He had a butterfly fracture on his rear leg when he was 1 1/2. After multiple surgeries he was pretty much good but after getting older he pulled a muscle jumping in a patio sofa and had stability problems. At one point he couldn't stand to defecate. We built his strength by going on many short walks a day. He was getting stronger but still was dragging his hind foot and bunny hopping when he ran. When his, we call them 'hocks', came in they were well made and shipped quickly. I put them on and they were very intuitive to apply. He loved them immediately and we saw an improvement almost immediately. I did see a few sores where the velcro contacted the bottom of his heel so I cut the toes out of thin footy socks and put them on upside down under the appliance. I take them off at night and put on in the morning. No more problems with sores. He lays down and stays till I'm done and they have improved his recovery immensely. No more dragging nails or bunny hopping. He does have mysterious muscle spasms when my wife tries to put them on or his tail covers them ;-). All in all they are great! I'm ordering a second pair for his upcoming beach trip so one pair can dry while he wear other.Bottom line: They worked great for our boy and he really does seem to like them. Recommend highly for what our issue was.Thank you.
